Alter-Ego: Device, not the personality

AlterEgo, developed by MIT Media Lab, is an innovative non-invasive wearable device. Due to its peripheral neural interface function, it allows humans to interact in natural language with machines, artificial intelligence assistants, services, and even with other people without the need of vocal interaction. Its primary focus is to help people with vocal disabilities to interact with machines, A.I. assistants, services, and other people without any difficulties. Beyond that, it would also be helpful to seamlessly connect a computer and a human together thus, making a computer literally a second version of ourselves and augment our cognition and abilities.
