Curiosity Did Not Kill the Cat
I’ve always hated the saying, “Curiosity killed the cat.” It shatters the humor for any kind of
inquisitiveness. After all, what is the purpose of being human if not to learn as much as you can in a
lifetime? And how are we to learn if it weren’t for being curious?
Well, recently I found out, that it is not the whole idiom. Curiosity did kill the cat, “But satisfaction
brought it back.”
