Dictionaries : An Ode to the Past

The trend of resuscitating lost words is something that I have curiously come to love. With an influx of new, community-based dictionaries popping up all around the globe, people are starting to take charge of their narratives, facing the grey spots in world history head-on and giving it a brand new voice. The latest edition to this is the up-and-coming African-American Dictionary aimed to be released in the coming year.

Uniquely, these dictionaries help rebirth lost facets of culture and prove to hold within them a love language of their own, written as an ode to our shared past.
