DroneAcharya to Acquire 51% Stake in PYI Technologies for Expansion

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations, a drone startup, is set to acquire a 51% stake in PYI Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Pune-based startup offering camera drones, DIY kits, and customized drones. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the specifics will be finalized in due course. DroneAcharya aims to enhance its value-added offerings and expand its services within the drone industry through this strategic move. Additionally, DroneAcharya has secured a tender valued at INR 1.4 crore from the Haryana government for its DRIISHYA project, involving the supply of surveying drones.
