Rebelling through Riots

According to symbolic interactionism, communication through methods such as languages and symbols is key for connection. Riots are often due to people feeling that their reputation is at stake. The meaning behind the attack is ascribed due to general belief after interactions with others, which leads to people thinking the same way individually and when combined together: riots. Constructivism could add on suggesting how losing is considered a deviance in society since reality is often what humans cognitively construct it to be. This raises a question about how humans react to failures in life, individually and as a society.
