The Magic of Compound Interest

Quoting Albert Einstein, compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. According to

Warren Buffet, his wealth came from a combination of living in America, some lucky genes, and

compound interest. And Benjamin Franklin once said “Money makes money. And the money that money makes, makes money.” But what is compound interest really? Compound interest is what happens when your investment earnings are added to your principal, forming a larger base on which earnings may accumulate. This goes hand in hand with what I wrote in my previous work, that time is the most valuable asset of all.
