Tutankhamun: The Last Pharaoh

Tutankhamun was the pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Ancient Egypt. His death marked the end of a royal dynasty that had lasted for 3,200 years. In popular culture, Tutankhamun is renowned for the wealth discovered in his tomb. His tomb, which was found in 1922, is the only one to be found in an almost-intact condition and is considered one of the greatest archaeological finds. Tutankhamun ascended the throne at the age of 8 or 9, but his reign only lasted about 9 years. It is believed that he likely died of complications from a broken leg.
