US vs Egalitarian Education

With over 50 states in the U.S.- some spending as little as $5000, education purely just maintains the

established social power structure. There is a high amount of inequality, enforcing the status quo of

different groups through transmission of social and cultural capital. Lastly, even though the law was

passed on to provide equal chances to disabled kids, it is difficult to see it happening in real life based on the spending patterns of the states. Therefore, though trying to make good attempts, it is highly unlikely for the U.S. to meet the egalitarian burden of education.
